Delivery
Kids n More will deliver to any address in Australia, using
Australia Post. You can have your purchase sent to you, or
purchase a gift for a friend and have it sent straight to
them. Our postage rates are calculated by Australia Post and
we only charge cost, so you don't have to worry about paying
flat fees or any extra packing and handling fees. We only
charge you what it costs us to send. Shipping methods avaliable
are standard and express shippping. Please note that some
items, due to their nature, ship using a courier and do cost
more to ship. This will be noted in the product descriptions.
Product Avaliability
Some items are not kept in our Melbourne supply centre and
so not all items are avaliable to be dispatched on the day
they are ordered. All products (unless specified in the product
description) will be shipped within three business days of
ordering, and many sooner.
If your order contains more than one product, and some of
them cannot be shipped straight away, you have the option
of having the entire order shipped once all products are avaliable
or having the avaliable products sent and the remaining one(s)
when it becomes avaliable. You will not be charged any extra
shipping cost.
Disclaimer
While we believe that we have parterned with excellent delivery partners and
suppliers, despite our best efforts there may be times when
parcels or products are delayed in the delivery process. We
will always endeavour to work closely with our partners to
ensure prompt delivery of your order.
All items purchased from Kids n More are made pursuant to
a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/damage
for all purchases pass to you upon our delivery to Australia
Post. If you wish to insure your order, this can be arranged
for a small extra cost. Please mention this in your order
comments.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Kids n More understands that shopping over the internet is
different from being able to pick and hold items the way you
do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide
the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway
unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s
under the following conditions:
The following conditions apply to products that are returned
for refund or exchange:
All products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged)
To organise a return, call (03) 8711 3839 or email admin@kidsnmore.com.au
with the following details: Your Name, Order Number, Product
Name/Code, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange
or Refund. Alternatively, you can print the returns form by
clicking here,
fill it in and include it in your return.
You will then be given a Return Authorisation Number to be
written on the outside of the returned package. Please then
post the product(s) to the following address:

Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must
be returned to Kids n More in a saleable condition. It is
the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are
packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. All returned
products will be assessed to verify the nature of the return.
Products must be returned in original condition (unless damaged
on reciept) packaging intact within 21 days of purchase. Please
enclose a copy of your reciept and the return form.
When a product is returned to us, Kids n More offer a cash
refund, money order or gift voucher, depending on the method
of purchase. If you recieve the wrong or a damaged product,
both the product and delivery costs will be refunded. However,
if you simply no longer want the product only the product
costs can be refunded. Our return policy does not apply if
the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We
reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does
not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure
your return package as Kids n More cannot be held responsible
for any product lost/damaged in the post.
Some products are not returnable unless faulty. In this case
this will be stated with the product purchase information.
This type of sale is considered final. Such products include
undergarments, CDs, Videos and DVDs.
Exchanges
Kids n More are happy to exchange the product if you are
not happy with your purchase. To complete the exchange,
include the product name, type (if different types), amount
and cost of the new items you are ordering on the Returns
Form. If there are a difference in the cost of the initial
order and the exchange, please indicate how we should refund
or charge you.
